Your irrigation installation starts with a phone call or email. Our office will schedule a free lawn sprinkler system estimate to measure your property, discuss your irrigation needs, and then follow up with an appropriate proposal.

RR Irrigation is committed to customer satisfaction. It is our goal to save our customers money on their reoccurring water bills and respect and protect our water supply. Our certified irrigation designers understand how to maximize efficiency, conserve water, limit waste, all while helping to keep a landscape looking its best.

Your installation will be scheduled based on next availability or as needed to fit your project schedule. Our office will communicate any changes due to weather or job delays that may affect your start date in an effort to limit any inconvenience to you.

Installation day will begin on the arrival of our well trained crew of polite and respectful workers. They will properly install the system while minimizing damage to your existing landscape. Lawn areas disturbed will be properly tamped down and raked out. Fine adjustments to sprinkler valves and heads will ensure an efficient water saving irrigation system. You will receive a tutorial on how to program your controller and a walk through of all the work performed.

Any issues that may arise during the warrantee period shall be scheduled and repaired as quick as possible.
Proper preventive maintenance is necessary to maximize the longevity and efficiency of your irrigation system. Our friendly service technicians are industry trained and our trucks a well stocked to perform almost any repair on the spot.

Spring turn on services, seasonal repairs, and winterizations are all electronically scheduled and through smart technology we always know where are crews are located to better assist you.

We are also capable of remote scheduling and flow monitoring, saving money on unnecessary watering and identified leaks before they cost you a fortune!

Existing systems should be audited. RR irrigation offers a Certified Irrigation Audit service that can identify wasteful characteristics of your lawn sprinkler systems. Every item identified to improve efficiency will be listed with an associated cost to repair the issue and set you on course to saving money.

Dan arrived promptly, and we walked around my property as he talked me through the whole process. I received my quote within 24 hours of meeting Dan and he answered any questions I had. Fast forward to when the crew arrived, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Within two days they were finished! They walked me through how to use my new controller and the Wi-FI app on my phone (Totally worth it! So convenient) and now my lawn looks better than ever! They installed our home irrigation system in 2015 and have serviced since then. They go above and beyond with their professionalism and quality of service. In the recent past, they talked me through turning on the system for the season (as I would have had to wait two weeks for a turn-on appointment, and even though I’m not the most comfortable with the steps needed to turn on the system). They were patient with me and earned our continued loyalty. Great company!

I used this company to bury my gutter leaders and route them away from the house. I worked with Dan, and it was awesome from start to finish. He was in touch with me about everything at all times, did exactly what we needed for proper drainage, and gave us tips and suggestions to consider. I recently decided to switch companies because I was tired of the poor service I’d been receiving from my previous company. RR Irrigation was great! I was able to make an appointment, and then a technician called me when he was on his way over. He turned on my system and ended up fixing a couple of things too. My system is working great now, and the process was so simple and everyone I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. So happy I switched!

Follow-up: the company re-scheduled my appointment at a convenient time for me and they completed the service. They offered reimbursement for my troubles, which I appreciated. I have used them for sprinkler start up and winterization for a couple of years now and More than once, they have not shown up or show up in a different time window than my scheduled appointment. No phone call and no one available by phone on a Saturday to discuss. And you have to pay ahead! So I can’t even give my business to someone else without losing money now! Poor customer service. Not using them next year.
